Ripoff Rebates Colorado Springs Colorado

I went into PEPBOYS for one of their sales and everything I bought was because of their rebate. I use rebates with other companies all the time and almost never have a problem. I brought the reciept, rebate form and goods home and promptly filled out the form. It went out the next day and the rebate was to be $28.00. After about 8 weeks I recieved a check for $1.00. What a rip-off. Yes, I filled the forms out correctly. Yes, I mayed it out within the time frame (the next day). Yes, I sent the reciept in, I even highlighted the items with a yellow highlighter. Since I use rebates all the time, I am accustomed to reading all the fine print. Just Beware, Pepboys is luring people in with cheap prices, created by rebates, and then doesn't honor their rebates.
