Denial of 2 memory rebates Ripoff

2 rebates forms will filled out and sent to OCZ technologies in late october to early november.in December I recieved notice that my rebates had been rejected.

Rebate 1, Claim ID 33149029: This rebate was rejected due to no retailer name on the packaging list. I do not believe this to be possoble since Zipzoomfly.com, the retailer, always posts their name in bold letters on all forms.

Rebate 2 Claim ID 33149117: This rebate was denied for 2 reasons. Reason 1 was the same as the previous rebate. The sencond rebate was claiming the rebate was not within the proper rebate date period.

I immediately sent them evidence that 1. Zipzoomfly.com was the retailer and 2 both rebates fell within the proper time period. It has been 2 weeks since I presented that evidence and I have yet to recieve contact or seen an update of either rebates status.
