Allstates of America, Inc. Is a company you should avoid. I in good faith and at Bob request (no credit cards accepted here) had to send a check for my purchase before he would ship. Equipment arrived at my shop in poor working condition and attachments shown on the internet did not arrive completed.

That is when I got to attempt to communicate with Bob Metzler, one of the rudest business owners I have ever had to deal with. I was intructed to send back the equipment, shipment return was scheduled. After serveral weeks the run around began, such as Bob himself telling me, "Bob is not here" and him just dropping the phone or hanging up when he did not feel like listening any longer.

Bottom line it took 7 months to get a half way decent piece of equipment from him. Never again. Buyers beware.
