Charged After Return

I had drop off at UPS their equipment and sent back to their company on the 17 of May. 2011 and they try double charge me on 19 of May and reason I notice this is when I was checking my checking account which is in Bank Of America. I feel that they telling me that they were going to charge until it reaches and get credited as no longer in my possession. This I feel is very un-professional and bad business technics of doing business. If a consumer want to cancel they should not penalize for dropping their service. And I think we should make announcement of Senior Citizens beware of such tactics of business being done which I feel is oppsolutely wrong.
