Rip Off King Strikes Again

In November I spent over $ 1500.00 on 1 of this companies conversion kits. They promised me that if I needed assistance in locating a place to install the kit, to call them. I tried calling them for a week after receiving the kit. All I got was their voice mail. I then started emailing the company. I did not get a return email from them until i promised to contact the BBB about what I had experienced so far.

In the meantime I located several local installation shops. 3 different shops informed me that the kit that I had purchased was not the right kit for my car, so I spent an additional $100.00 returning it. The kit was returned certified so it had to be signed for. Mr Rafael Melendez, the owner of the company signed for it personally. I expected to receive my money back, but this company to this day have not refunded my money.

I contacted the BBB, the Governor of Ohio, the Attorney General, and the complaint Team. As we speak the Attorney General has the case in her office. This company has not returned any of her calls, or emails either. I guess they think they are above the law, but I will not stop pursuing this until I recieve my money back. Since this problem that I have experienced, this company has changed their name and email address.

The company goes by the name of Car Door Conversion.com. They are also called Introbe Systems. The owner's name is Rafael Melendez. I suggest that you do some research when shopping for Lambo doors for your car, and think twice before purchasing anything from this company. I would not want anyone else to go through what I have.
