Afeal Melendez ordered door kit, returned it and never got money back trying for almost a year

In November I ordered the Lambo door kit for my sons 16th birthday. I paid shipping, and when the kit arrived, I tried several places to try to get it installed. Should have known something was wrong here. I have been involved with emails since November of 06 with these people. They conned me into sending the kit back to them, again at my expense, and said they were sending me a refund check. Just received a check from them saying it must have gotten lost in the mail, no refund check is coming. I was ripped off just like everyone else that purchased the kit from them.
