Sold me a scooter that died after 300 miles, 2 weeks of use

I purchased their top of the line scooter from these people (2,500$) worth.
The first scooter was damaged in transit. I was told, after waiting for 2 weeks. So, I finally received the merchandise 21 days later.
The cover they sold me for the scooter did not fit, I sent it back (paid the postal fee) and was refunded only the cost of the cover.
The first time that I rode it the front tire went flat (bad valve stem)
The radio stopped working within 4-5 days.
300 miles later the scooter died, after I'd ridden it to work.
We coul not find a mechanic to work on it. Nick, the customer service person whom I spoke with diagnosed an electronic module failure. He said that he would send the part right away. 2 weeks later I called him back. 3 days later I got the part. It did not fix the problem.
These things are difficult to work on, the body panels are not easy to remove and left me with many cuts and bruises in forearms and hands.
Nick made 2 more atempts at having a mechanic look at it. One didnt have the time the other never called back.
After all these weeks of waiting for parts and working on it myself and searching for a mechanic. I decided to return it. After all the summer had come and gone. And so had my patience.
I was told that I would have to pay for the return and that they would not return 300$ of my purchase price.
I'd spent
2,500$ for scooter
12$ to send the ill fitting cover
300$ taxes and registration
700$ to ship it back to them
for a total of
3,512$
And I am getting back 2,300$? We, ll see. The scoter is leaving today.
I have learned a valuable lesson NEVER BUY CHINESE!
That was my experience with this company.
