Sold me a 150cc scooter that does not start

I bid on and won a 150cc Scooter from Rakatak on Feb. 25th 2007. Rakatak recieved my payment on March 1st.

I recieved the Scooter and put it together via Rakataks instructions on the website (netnetstore.com)
The Scooter does not work, it wont start. Rakataks owner would never call, I never spoke to him. My uncle was helping me and spoke to the mechanic.

After weeks of talking to the mechanic, he said to my uncle " I dont know what else to do so I will have the owner call you" That never happened. Rakatak finally sent us a box of parts with no explination. My uncle and my brother replaced 3 of the parts and the other 2 parts are for the lights and that will not start the bike so here we are. We have a beautiful 150cc orange scooter sitting in my garage and it will not run.

I can not get any refund from the seller or a different bike so i left him negative feedback. He also left me feedback just for spite as I held up to my end of the deal. The owner also stated in his feedback that i am slow, he could tell by talking to me. Well that coward never talked to me he avoided me. My brother working on the scooter for me is a certified mechanic and has many years of experience. This scooter is not going to start and I feel RIPPED OFF!
