I was sold a defective scoote

Cars & Transport

I bought a chinese scooter from championscooter.com, and was sold a totally defective product, the scooter was shipped to me after 5 working days, i then went thru their website to follow the simple steps on assembling it, (install front tire and battery) the scooter would not start, i then retrace my work and went to look on different website, thinking that i might have missed anything, but everything seems to be right,

So i called them up and they were instructing me to open some parts in the electrical area (which i refuse, bcause
opening, or changing any parts or rewiring anything VOIDS any warranty i might have since it was brand new) i then decided to take it to a WASHINGTON STATE CERTIFIED MOTORCYLE/SCOOTER MECHANIC to get the problem asses, after 2 days the mechanic came back with a written assesment, certifying in writing that the scooter that was sold to me was just NOT PARTIALLY DEFECTIVE BUT IT WAS A TOTALLY DEFECTIVE which means that he found thru his electrical intsrument, some problem, that it would be wise to just buy another new one than fixing it... I then called championscooter.com, and they refuse to fix and pay for it, they refuse to refund/exchange the scooter,

All they could tell me is they are gonna pay only $75.00, i then called the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, on which i was told that i was not an isolated case concerning that particular company, this person is knowingly sending defective product, and knew that it would be very expensive for somebody to fight him, considering the amount he sold me the scooter for which is $1,500.00—

Now i am out of $1,500.00 plus the expense i paid getting it asses and towing which comes to a total of$2,500.00

BUT I AM WILLING TO SPEND 25,000.00 more just to prove my point!!! Please anyone be very carefull when dealing with companies that sell scooter, they know that it is impossible to ship it back to them, because of the amount of one must have to pay, that is why people like the one the works for championscooter.com will take advantage of that situation, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING IN THE INTERNET THE DOES NOT FIT IN A SHOEBOX, because if you get into a dispute, they will just tell you to ship it back at your on cost, (which i tried by they would not accept it, so i lost that one too!!!

THE PEOPLE FROM CHAMPIONSCOOTER.com are liars and a cheat, they took my money and lied to GOOGLE and the ATTORNEY GENERAL telling them i used to scooter, the fact that they know it got less than 1 mile in it, from pushing it aroung to my garage&please is there anyone out there who could help me!!!
