Hi i am a driver for Swift Transportation i am not new in the trucking bissness i have been driving 11 years OTR i have been with Swift for about 3 months thy can not get the miles right on what a driver does, or (Dir), on loads for pick up and (Del)... I got a load that was saying on the miles 837 miles LD and 103 DH my Dh miles 123 and my loaded miles 873 by the route thy give you i ran them on the PC Miler 3 ways two was 888 and the other was 873 now drivers you think about it in a year time how many miles are you not getting Paid for that thy are not giving you? Why do thy not have a Idle program think about it if you are saving them money by not Idleing your truck do you think that you need something for saving them money? Swift has the money to give the drivers something put if you do not watch your Idle thy will turn down the truck and if this keeps happening you will have a five days off with out pay this is not right on the drivers. Why cant thy help pay on the Idle Air that thy have in the Truck Stops why are we the drivers having to pay out of are pocket to help them on there Fuel??? We are out here to make money not spend it on the Company so thy can save on fuel... And what the Newbe driver was saying about (Dir) THY WILL GET YOU LOST
