Car-Mart is a ripoff, Pure Harassment abused & mistreated

In December we purchased a car from the car-mart in Jacksonville, Arkansas.., of which I am proud to say that we have had no problems from. However.., a few months later we purchased a car from the car-mart in Conway, Arkansas.., and have been burdoned ever since by constant repairs and utterly rude managment personnel.

It all started when we got the car. There was a noticable vibration in the steering column, to which we brought to the mechanics' attention. He told us to bring the car in, at which time he told us he could fix it in 1 day. They had the car for 2 day's, going on 3 when I called them. At that time he told me that the part had to be ordered because no part was available at the dealership. I in return called the dealership myself and found out that there were several parts on the premisise. I then called the manager of that particular car-mart and asked him why his mechanic just lied to me. When we finally picked the car up again 5 days later.., they tried to charge us a late fee on our car payment.

When I first purchased the car from Conway, it was understood that I would make my payments in Jacksonville so I would'nt have to drive 50 miles out of my way every week. However.., since the time that we picked the car up from the mechanic.., we have been bombarded with harassing phone calls every week about our payments. My payments are due on Saturday of each weak., of which I pay in Jacksonville. On Monday morning, instead of carmart management calling the Jacksonville store to see if I made my payments, they choose to call my wife at her job and sometimes more than twice a day. They know we have a home phone, but insist on harassing her at work, of which her boss is really growing tired of.

"The Customers' Always Right" motto that hangs above their payment windows and in every office has somehow lost it's true meaning..., whereas it should read " The Customers' Always Gullable".

Big Business needs to take a step back and remember how it got so big. It was the money paid out by the customers.
