I am always uneasy when I buy a car because the sales people in most cases are pretty sleazy. However, I just bought a car from these Napleton people and never realized, until I dealt with them, how sleezy and low life sales managers can be. These people promised to exchange the chrome wheels that came as an option with my new car for non-chrome ones that are standard with the car.instead, they exchanged them for different sized wheels, i.E. 17" instead of 18" from a model different than mine and never told me. When I discovered it, they said I agreed to take the inferior items.

I had a tremendous amont of aggravation with this episode and the only thing that saved it for me was that I had a copy of what they agreed to. This was the very worst experience I have had with a dealership. Lots of nasty service managers hanging up on me. Sales people and executives not answering my letters. Chrysler telling me it is not their problem as this is a franchisee, etc., etc. Very upsetting and a really cheap feeling that I had been had.

My suggestion is that there are probably a lot of better dealerships (they are all somewhat sleezy and bear careful watching), but Napletons stoops to a new low. I would recommend that you stay far away from them because the seriousness of the situation is that they would agree to do something and then do something differently which could allegedly compromise the warranty or even cause a danger because the equipment was non OEM.

A real nightmare of an experience.
