Tire Kingdom / Cooper Tires
Poor service!

I named and requested them when they maintained Cooper Tires plus they explained they did. I subsequently went in to the shop and stressed many times that I needed COOPER Tires along with a synthetic oil-change. After I delivered to shop many weeks later to buy two more new tires, I described that my tires didn't state Cooper in it and also the support supervisor stated "Oh, we did not place Cooper Wheels on - we placed on Falken tires" I never heard about Falken tires and upon additional checking, their site doesn't contain Cooper Wheels so that they do not actually promote them to start with! They ought to have explained they do not bring Cooper Wheels and really should have requested me if Falken Wheels were okay and that I might have created the best choice at that time. This really is shady, fraudulent, illegal and wrong. Furthermore, today I wonder easily actually got the artificial oil-change I obviously suggested many times that I needed. I have created towards the BBB, Consumer-Protection company for FL, etc., etc., etc. And, obviously, the boss of Tire Kingdom.

No response from Tire Kingdom. DON'T GO THERE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS - they'd no to direct me to think I'd get Cooper Wheels and gently note they determined for themselves to put up a tire that'snot a brand and create any alternatives without my acceptance.
