Ripped Me off

Capital Coice Consumer Credit sent me a postcard for a pre-approved credit card with a limit of up to $5,000. They offered express shipping for a fee of $43. So, like everyone else that wants to improve their credit we sent it in thinking that yeah, my credit will be better. However, that is not the case.instead of cashing or depositing the money they did an anonymous W/D from my account. There is no record of who debited the account. I have disputed it, but I have lost my $43. Which they knew would happen. Very smart people preying on the needy. I think this company should be stopped immediately before they make even more money off of a lot of other people that need credit repair. Please, help get this company stopped.
