Concord Kia
False advertising

I received an invitation for Concord Kia for a new program called new start where you are approved and they take the payment right out of your bank account. So I called, made an appointment and went to see Paul Scmidt??? Salesperson. He at first wanted me to look at a 2003 ford Windstar as he was getting a copy of my license I checked the car out - three sides of the wheel wells of the car looked brand new the fourth in the rear paenngers side had rust asked him about it and he blew me off and said he didn't know any thing about it I told him I wasn't interested in taking it for a drive. So he brought over a 2004 Dodge caravan.

I took it for a test drive to find a noise in the front end when I came in and told him about it other salemaen were laughing about the noise being chipmunks in the engine. One of the salemen said that it must be a flat spot in the tire and that it would be replaced when I purchased it - I filled out the paperwork and waited for a call - no call - I called them to hear that I wasn't approved by a traditional lender. When asked about the new start program I was told I would have to put down $1,000 to be in the program which I was never told by the salesman. I spent an hour at the dealer ship was never told any of the figures on the vehicle until I asked, felt very rushed and that they really couldn't be bothered to help me.

It was a waste of time and I will never do business or recommend them to anyone.
