Poor customer service

I want I really could provide Aeromexico 0 celebrities! I'll never fly them again, or can I actually fly-through Mexico Area. We'd a 2.5hr layover in Mexico Area. Because we'd to mix from Final one to two, we'd togo through immigration (required 45min), luggage access and traditions (required 1hr), protection, atmosphere practice, security again, and operating at top velocity between these, even while obtaining directed within the wrong path by airport employees. Obviously, we missed our link. Looking to get rebooked on another trip was a complete pain. Since our trip was reserved on LAN but we flew Aeromexico, both airlines kept showing people it had been another oneis issue. It got US - 5 hours before somebody from LAN ultimately assisted us get scheduled on another trip. The toughest aspect about Aeromexico is their horrible customer support. We'd one check in broker informing people she might rebook us if she might make sure our incoming trip was overdue (which it had been), however the trip arrival times weren't published and recurring calls towards the procedures people kept providing the reaction "call-back in 10 or 20 minute". Therefore after being put along like this for 2hrs, she stated her change was around, and also to keep in touch with her boss. This person Jorge was a bit of function - he was looped into our issue the entire period, however the three times we contacted him, he served like he'd never noticed us before! It had been honestly the toughest customer support I Have ever seen. He kept showing people we were likely to need to spend since it wasn't Aeromexicois problem we missed our trip.
