Poor service, lost luggage!

My spouse, two kids and that I required Nature Airlines from Washington DC towards the Cayman Islands, linking through Foot. Lauderdale. Their customer support is terrible. We weren't reserved through our link in Ft. Lauderdale so when we came there needed to stand-in a-2 time point to carry on on our trip. They just arranged our baggage to California and dropped one carrier. We skipped our link and needed to invest the night time in Ft. Lauderdale. Whenever we found the airport a day later, waited 2 hours, they'd ended our reservation completely! Luckily the journey wasn't complete and we could continue our journey. Due to resort expenses and needing to purchase our kids garments (their clothes were within the missing carrier), we didn't wind up saving anything and we lost an exceptional period of time.
