Missed connection, lost luggage, bad customer service

Simply had really poor encounter with Nature Airlines on RT from DC to Costa Rica. The journey along was okay, however the return a headache. Evidently almost everybody on trip from Costa Rica missed connections in Ft. Lauderdale on Aug. 25 since trip up was late getting off the floor, with no one in Ft.
