Continuous Phone Calls, Non-Stop Huntington Beach California

I have informed Triad of re-financing my car through another company, since then I have received over 5 calls a day (whether I answered the first call or not) for over a week now. These people have threatened me stating that if the bill goes over 30 days late then they will re-possess automatically, and it would not matter if they received a check from another company or not. This is total harassment, and it does not look like I am alone here. Please, let me in on the info for the class action suit that I have been reading about. Let's do what we can to bring these Ba! #@$%# down.
