Triad Financial ripoff

I have had my triad loan since dec. And has never paid late. My car was stolen on June 6th and completely destroyed. My insurance company paid them over $15,000.00 and Gap paid them over $1,600.00. I owed less than $17.000.00.

They are sendind me statements saying I owe them over $2,000.00. And they have been reporting me late for June, July, and now August. I was told by Ellen Gleason in their insurance department I would not be reported late because of the monies they received.

Their customer services are DUMB, RUDE, & to say the lease UNPROFESSIONAL. I have proof of payment from both companies. Please tell me how I get in on the Class Action Law Suit.
