I purchased a Nissan sentra from this dealer in Oct. It is the 4th car my family has purchased from them. The Sentra I bought turned out to be used (which I wasn't told about until RIGHT before I signed the paper they showed me saying it was used) I payed top dollar for it since I'm really not the haggling type. I was sold an auto mate alarm system which was not hooked up properly nor did it ever work at all. I was told the auto mate system had the ability to open my doors automatically (even though it has manual not power locks) When I realized this I attempted to resolve it ith the sales staff but was given no answer other than. Wow, I don't know hy you ere told that. The person that did tell me that denied it.

I paid $1400.00 for this alarm that still doesn't work and now Superior Nissan is suing me for $380.00 for what they call a high payoff. They called Nissan for the payoff on my old truck and ere given an exact amount so I don't see how this cvan happen. Even so, I told them i would gladly pay it, I just wanted my $1400.00 back for the alarm i was lied to about that still doesn't work. Nothing happened and now they are suing me.

As a business manager at a large retail store I would never compromise my realationship with a good client (espcially since I never haggle them on price) Over $380.00. This is rediculous. I even sold the finance manager there a product from my store at my cost and saved him over $400.00! He even said he would talk to the account manager and get it resolved. I will pay what I owe but not until my alarm is refunded.

These guys lie, cheat and never make good on what they tell you. Nissan is a great car but I will never buy one from these guys again.
