I was in great need for a new car. I travel 40 miles to work every day and my car was very close to dying. I found the perfect car at the right price online at tricity nissan. I first called to see if they had the car that I saw online and was told they did. I traveled 1.5 hours to get there with my 2 toddlers. When I arrived I was told the blue sentra was just sold and all that was left was a white one. Meanwhile my husband browsed the lot and found a row of 08 sentra the salesman did not think I would see. I decided which color I wanted since the blue was not available and we were told a price wich included a promotional discount so we were told. We sat down with the salesman who went over the vehicle with us very briefly then proceeded to go on about us receiving a review after we buy the car and that we should give him a good review. We sat for over an hour while no one spoke to us and our salesman went to lunch. With my 2 toddlers who were missing out on their lunch. We were brought to the finance room and were told a completely different price than the salesman had originally told us. Only he was no longer around to verify this. Yes many things should have to me not to buy the car but I really needed and wanted it. Boy do I regret it now. So I bought the car anyway. I wrote a complaint in the nissan review I received and was never contacted. Now I am having issues with the low tire pressure indicator light and surprise I can't find anyone to help me figure out why I am having an issue with my brand new car. I even have called nissan customer care and have not gotten anywhere. I will never deal with nissan ever again.
