How heritage can do nothing and still get paid

I remembered when i posted my complaint on may 7th i was really happy because from april 1st to may 7th when i posted my complaint nothing was being done with my web site it was responses and emails from heritage like this:

Can you please tell * * to contact me regarding my website & logo. I haven't heard from him since the first initial call. I'm still waiting for something to be done to my website and i feel as though the time for waiting has long past. If you look into my file, i signed up in early may, (it was actually according to bank statements April 1st) with nothing to show for it to date. I'm really upset that i am really not getting anywhere with this company and will give my true opinion of my experience to others.

In the meantime, i would appreciate if you can rectify this situation and have my website a priority. It makes no sense to me to contact you guys with several messages with no response and nothing done. So, if nothing is moving forward or completed with my website by the end of this week, i am requesting a full refund with a complaint to the better business bureau and a copy of all the letters of attempts to contact account managers in charge of my account.
