Ripoff dishonest dont deliver whats order dont know how to tell the truth

Ordered a new truck with everything you could get on one. Leather interior, the best stereo, everything, the top of the line. Ordered it with a heavy duty front axle to handle extra weight. Put down a depoist to make sure I would get what I ordered plus it was required. When the truck came in it came in plain jane, wrong color, wrong everything but was told it did have the right axle. Went ahead and took the truck because I knew if I didnt I would not get my deposit back.

Now after spending over $9,000.00 dollars in repair bills I find out that it has the wrong axle and this is why I am having all these repairs. Talked to the dealership plus talked to the manufacturer. I have told them about all the prolems including letting them know about the windshield thats been fixed nine times now because it leaks. Needs to be fixed again cause it is still leaking. The windshield has leaked so much that it has made the truck stink. I need to have the floor replace now to get the the smell out.

This was a brand new truck that I paid over $156,000.00 dollars for and all that the dealership or western star will do for me is tell me its not there problem. So what I am saying is don't do business with VIRGINA TRUCK CENTER OR BUY A WESTERN STAR TRUCK made by freightliner because they dont stand behind what they sell or there word. Ripoff ripoff ripoff
