I came across these guys in 2009 from an ad they were running in Truck Paper. J. Courtney was the salesman that sold me my truck. Upon initial examination of the truck, there were noticeable mechanical problems with the truck. Jim Courtney told me I could take the truck to the Volvo dealership and let Volvo fix everything that was wrong with the truck. Once I signed the loan papers, they renigged on fixing what was wrong with the truck.

I called the bank and told the bank that I was going to give the truck back to them because they wouldn't fix it. The bank told me to tell them to sell me another truck but they refused to sell me another one. I ended up paying double the amount that truck was really worth according to my insurance company.

I leased on with a company and before I ever ran one load, I had to have a steering gear box put on it. From that point on, it was one repair after another. All the money I made while driving this truck was eaten up in repairs trying to keep the truck running. I still have receipts to prove all the repairs I had to have done on the truck.

I ended up in bankruptcy and lost my house, my car, and eventually had to let the truck go because the repairs were eating me alive.

There are a couple other drivers I know that purchased trucks from these guys and ended up in financial ruin because of the defective equipment being sold by this dealership.
