Az bad used cars

I have bought 3 used cars from lou grubb in the past three years. Two were totaled in accidents so when i needed another car i went to lou.
The third car they sold me used to be a rental car. I didn't know this when i bought it and they did not tell me this info. I foud out after it had been in the shop 13 times total, 3 times in one month. Every time it went in it was for some kind of problem with the wiring in the car. They kept making other excuses for what the problem was and telling me it was fixed. Two days or so after it would come out of the shop it would start having problems again. The car did come with an extended warrenty that i had to pay extra for, not to mention everytime it went in the shop i had to pay a $100. Deductible. I have spent more then enough money on this car then what it's even worth. I went in to lou grubb and explained my problems and concerns and they came off real nice and concerned at first. They told me they would try to help me get out of that car. I was so excited. Then they told me i would have to come up with $3,000 to get out of this car. I'm a single mother with four children, after all the monet i already put into the car i'm broke. I have a friend who works for another dealershipnow who tells me that lou grubb could do a total transfer on the car, which is when they take all the money i put on this car and apply it to another car i want, that way i'm not losing out, but lou grubb won't do that because then they would have to lose out.
God for bid that a major million dollar company should have to lose a few bucks. So much for the slogan of our customers are like family. If this is how you treat your family i wouldn't marry into it for anything
