Didn't pay wages

I was not paid 96 hours of work from Brad Grubb, the owner of our company. He did not pay us, but opened a million dollar call center in Virginia and had mayor recognition. He was currently in trouble in 2002 for fraud and sat time in jail, not to mention $80,000 in restitution! Why did North Dakota not check on him? Did our previous owner know about him? He scammed everyone out of health insurance that had it.

He collected from the paychecks for 3 months and then had a memo sent out that it was cancelled! He kept the money! It is now in the attorney generals hands, but how long will that take even if we get paid? Alot of us still work their under new ownership. At least our checks clear, but what happend to BRAD GRUBB? He didn't even have the right to own a business in this state! I just want my money from him!
