They had the garbage dumpster repoed in 2005
they dont allow you a hassle free enviroment
they allow tenants too harrass you and tell you call the police
they allow loud music from people and wont do anything about it

They have double standards
they try and intimidate you too move
the owner hires under the table and don't pay taxes on them

The garbage is nasty
the units aren't worth the price
they try and intimidate tenants too move
they aren't honest at all
they dont follow the landlord tenant act rcw 59.18
stand up for your rights and dont be affraid like they tried too do to me
