Rip off fraud refused to refund money for car never received lie after lie it has been over 3 months now nothing

These guys are nothing fraudulent time wasting crooks i was on the phone with them pretty much everyday just to try to get in touch with the worker by the name of brenda which is never at her desk always either outside for lunch, dinner, breakfast or having family problems and the excuse list goes on and on... When i try to speak to someone else about my matter they say she is the only capable of helping you because she got your file. And when i finally get to talk to her she says i m not the boss its up to them to write you a refund check and i am tired of all their garbage they initially owemed me 20,000 dollars for a honda odyssey that first of all i never received but also i found out later that was odometer fraudulent so i requested a refund and they said no problem i am still here waiting after over 3 month of waiting with the interest accumulated with the loan everyday they now owe me 21,300 since i already made 3 payments on the loan.
