Ripoff, took $297.00 from me, and refused to talk to me about a refund

I received a call from a Call Com Financial Rep., by the name of Maria Rossi, approx. The first week in June, telling me that my husband and I were eligible for a $5000.00 government grant, that would not have to be paid back.

She explained how all I needed to do was to pay $297.00, that would be fully refundable, and I would receive my grant package in 15 days or less. They withdrew my money the same day, and I was given a confirmation number, which is 1849564. I have now been waiting for more than 2 months, and I am getting the run-arounds everyday.

I call everyday to try to get a refund. I am told everyday, that I will receive a call from the manager, Terri Hanson. I have never received a call. The receptionist gives me attitude everyday that I call, stating that she will write down my message, and that is all she can do.

All I want is my money back. It was so easy for them to take my hard earned money, but it is so difficult for me to get it back. I don't want to file a lawsuit, but I will if that is what is takes to get back what belongs to me.
