Doing a great job to ripping off people

I was a member of Bally Total Fitness for a short period of time after dissatisfied about dishonest personal trainer. I first signed up for membership then got a pressure to hired Personal Trainer, my goal was to gain 20 lbs weight and was so exciting to work out with personal trainer.

My worked out begin with interesting exercise which i liked it then he (personal trainer) told me that he would give me a list of the groceries that i need to buy and eat, but i didnt get that list for almost 2 months. 3 months after I started working out i didnt feel any gain on my weight, well he told me to take supplement which was Max 10 its a pill and didnt work.

I cancelled my membership after harrasing phone call to my work place in every dept (i work at the hotel) and asked me to pay the remaining balance, I paid cash to my personal trainer but he never submited my payment until i called the customer service that i paid to my personal trainer allready.

They after my doctor wrote me a letter for cancellation purposes and health issue, they asked me to make another doctor letter in order to cancell my membership and personal trainer, after second letter sent to them, they still demand the remaining money but they not willing to GIVE me my remaining session with personal trainer (6 more session baby) what a shame, and I told them i will pay off my balance and u guys can give my remaining session to yourself or keep that money and NEVER ever call me again or my work place or I'll take an action.

They finally send me a cancellation letter and its says:
Dear Me,
Your request for cancellation was processed on 04-21. Shown below is the detailed computation used to determine your refund of $27.32. If the payments were made by check, you will receive refund by check. If the payments were made by credit card, a refund will be issued to your credit card account. Please allow me two to three weeks for receipt of your refund. (Should there be any returned payments after to date of this letter, your refund will be decreased.)

Well... Its been 5 months I never get that money nor a receipt. Remember when they demand my money? They did anything they can to get my money, NOW maybe $27.32 is nothing for me or them but this is showing that BALLY TOTAL FITNESS doing a great job to ripping off the people.

Again I will contact FOX 5 news to report this and I hope everyone do the same thing to call FOX 5 news
