Bait-and-switch fraudulently mis-advertised car ripoff

This dealership advertised a top-line model car, was told it belonged to the owner, Steve Craut. When I made my deal based on the advertisement and took the car home (out of state) I found out they lied about the model (no 4 wheel drive, etc.) and I ended up with a base model car worth thousands less.

I was told the reason the 4 wheel designation was missing off the car was because the previous owner didn't want anyone to know how capable it was. What a crock! Liars. Deceptive.

I sent a demand letter and received no response. I sued in small claims court and won, owner of Tracy Chevrolet did not even appear at court in his own home town. Has NOT paid the judgement. It has been months!

Stay away from Tracy Chevrolet at all costs, they clearly don't play by the rules or take responsibility for bilking their customers.
