Over charged for van. Lied about gas mileage

I am filing this report for my dad. He bought a Chevrolet Uplander Van from Drake Chevrolet on 8-05-08. They told my dad that it had cruise control {he does alot of interstate driving so it is a must}. They also told him that it got 32 mpg if you drive it sensible. The EPA rates it at 16 and 23. It only gets about 19-25 mpg. They told my dad that it was worth over $15000, I looked it up later after I found out that he bought it, and it was worth only $11700. They charged my dad $14208 for the van plus $938.50 more to put it on the road.

I went in with my dad to talk to Drake Chevrolet about the false claims they told dad to sell the vechicle. I asked them how he got the ideal that the van was worth $15000. He got out his NADA book and showed me that with the options and mileage on the vehicle it was worth $15200. I looked at it he got the value from an LS model. I got the VIN from the van and compared to the NADA book vin and proved to him that it was only worth $11300. They charged dad for a ls model instead of a basic model over $4000 difference. They said they would find another van and trade it back in. It has been 5 weeks now since then. Every time my mom calls in and asks them about it they say they are still looking.
