Ripoff Blown Engine From Oil Change

On 05-24-07 I took my car into Wal Mart for an oil change. The car ran great had no engine problems and when Wal mart changed the oil the forgot to put the oil back into the car before the started it and blew up the engine. Wal-Mart claims to have video that shows they did not do any thing wrong with the oil change but it is hard to believe them when the refuse to let any one see there so called video. I now have a car with no engine and it is going to cost $6,000.00 to replace and the refuse to do anything about the problem. On the day of this problem the store manager told me he was sorry and it was nothing more than human error and then refunded my money for the oil change and filed a claim with Wal Mart insurance. Wal Mart insurance in Bentonville, Ar. Is the one's that refuse to do a thing about this and also refuse to let anyone see there so called video showing they did no wrong. My question to them is if you did no wrong and can prove it with your so called video what is the problem with letting me see the video. I believe it is because they can not prove a thing and just do not want to pay for their mistake. It is well known Wal Mart does not care about their employees or customers and if you do not have a ton of money there is not a thing you can do to make Wal Mart do the right thing.
