Calls Start the Day After Mid-Month Payment Due Date

I have had this company for almost 2 years and have never been more than 10 days. They start calling the day after the payment is due, which is mid month.

I am disabled and on a fixed income, and my wife lost her job. I tried to explain that to them, but to them it was "TOO BAD," said the person, "pay or lose your RIDE."

I have a house on which $180,000 is owed, and the mortgage company doesn't bother me like this company. HELP please, let me know what we can do about this company. The phone calls are driving me to death.
