Breach of Contract Notice Over $100 After Car Trade-In Payoff

These folks are incredible. This company has been a hassle for us since 2000. We traded the car in just about a month ago, and the dealer contacted Citi for the payoff. The dealer paid off the car for the amount that Citi said was owed. Since then I have received another payment coupon, and today I received a "breach of contract" notice saying I owe them over $100.00. Sorry. If they thought I owed this money, I'd say they should have added it to the payoff amount that the dealer called to obtain.

Anyone even thinking of using Citi Financial in any capacity should really think again. One of the offices that I had to deal with was staffed with the same rude, loud, obscene bunch that was there when they called themselves Arcadia Financial.
