I called on Friday 4/13 to get my front driver's side window replaced because someone had broken into my car and smashed the window. The person who I spoke with seemed really helpful and checked the warehouse to see if they did have the window, it was a possibility to fix it that day.

No luck, but he assured me it would be in by 6am Monday 4/16 morning. I was happy with that and said I could get there as early as they needed (I suggested 6am) to do the repair as to not be too late to work (which starts at 7am, 30 min away). They said they didn't start work until 9am but could start right away. Why did they tell me the part could be there at 6am if they couldn't use it until 9am? So I suggested bringing the car there between 8am and 9am so it would be ready for work as soon as the workers and the part got there and would be done by 11am, leaving me only missing a half day of work.

I drop the car off at 8:30 at a gas station that they specified (Jim's Sunoco) were the work was going to be done. Kind of difficult to find because the sign was small. I called around 11:30 because I had not heard anything yet. They said they had not started work on it. Why? Because they thought it was going to be left for the day. I replied "No, I made that clear when I spoke to the rep on Friday that I needed it to go to work for the day".

Ok, it was a misunderstanding, and they called there guys to find out how soon they could get it done. No sooner than 2:30. They asked if I wanted them to still repair the window. I had no other choice on such short notice, I'd be waiting even longer.

I get a call back about 30 minutes later stating that they thought I needed a windsheild, not a side window, they brought the wrong part. They will have to go to the warehouse, get the part, bring it to the shop and then do it. Maybe they will have it done by 3:30. Full day of work gone. They asked again if I wanted them to still replair the window. Again, I had no choice. But I did ask who I spoke with on Friday who misinterpreted EVERYTHING I said. The rep said "It had to be one of the two owners... They must have had a couple calls in a short period of time and got the orders confused".

If the owners aren't bright enought to get an order right, how do they run a business? Make sure you always double check their work and make sure they have all your info down CORRECTLY!

I got the car back around 2:30 and the window shimmies all the way down and all the way up. I called to report this to them. First the rep told me they could come to my work and fix it (good, I wasn't going to take off any more work!), then called back later to tell me it might settle in a week. Call back next Monday if this is still happening.
