Dishonest ripoff

Sick-got behind on auto payment-phoned told same that I had been in hosptal-would pay to update and month in advance. Got ok but repo car anyway. Week later repo company came and said they had papers to pick up car.

I had ALL the money, because of holiday banks closed. Sent money by electronic debt. They wanted $350.00 service charge for paper work and I paid same. Then they said they would inform me when all cleared. My payments cleared my bank next working day.

Three weeks and more later I had my lawyer call and help me find my car which was sent out of state to an auction. The bank did this even though they were paid in full three weeks ago. The repo people said they had the car over a week befor Fith Third Bank had it pulled out of state.

Now I have lawyer cost, gas cost for two cars, lot charge and charge for personel items stored. Sence I had paid before car shipped out of state my lawyer drafted a letter requesting $500.00 to supplement me for out of pocket cost that was not of my doing. They took my money and I had no car one month which I pay ins. Etc. Sent reg. Mail but no results.

This is nothing but a ripoff and a form of punishment to show how big they are and how small I am!!
