Rebuilt motor Ripoff 3600.00$

I paid Ferris Chevrolet 3600 for a rebuilt motor that was never rebuilt or fixed. My head gaskets blew I was told I needed a new motor and they could get a new one for 3600.00, that's what they told me first, then after I towed it down their the only motor they could get was a rebuilt one from one of their business associates. They told me the motor would be totally rebuilt and would be like new.

When I finally refinance my home to get this paid for I got my car back with a engine Leak that they never fixed I took it back 3 times to get it fixed each time they kept it 2 weeks I'm disabled and cant Leave my car their for weeks at a time, they treated me disrespectfully.

The last time they said they put dye in it and I would have to bring it back the next day, I wondered why they didn't do that in the first place and why all the different excuses for why it was leaking I was upset and didn't bring it back the next day I Knew they would punish me and keep it for another 2 weeks.

So I called them today a year later and figured they could see the leak now since I have to put Oil in it every 200 miles. So they said bring it in tomorrow. I really doubt it will be fixed I got an attitude when I talked to the Manager he was upset with me for complaining on a Monday, and said they got the motor from an outside out of state re builder with no guarantee well then why did they sell me a 3 year warranty for a engine they couldn't guarantee.

I believe they owe me a new engine that doesn't leak, remember that's why the engine blew in the first place was an oil leak. So they was to supposed to fix that in the first place, they said they put a rebuilt motor in it and guaranteed it for 3 years, it never stopped leaking, and I don't believe they replaced the motor I think they just replaced the head gaskets and the water pump and told me a story about the outside rebuilder they cant contact, that's why the leak never got fixed because they never replaced the motor.

How can you sell a warranty on something that you never did. Ive been ripped off and have to get 5 on your side to help me get what I paid for.
