It does not matter when you send your payment you will get late charged, even if it cleared your bank on the day the late charge should be charged

This company charges late charges no matter when you send your payment. Even if it clears your bank prior to the late charge date. I pay the charges, but I am sick and tired of it and in six months I will refinance, just to get another mortgage company.
