They mispresented the terms of the loan. They lied to me

Thye charged me to much interest rate 19.95 added charges not in orginal contract. They told me they trfiance my car after a year. I went bk to refiance car to buyt another car. They told they cannot do this. The general manager told me his fiance went over al lthe fine print with me and that i signed the contract and that I understood the fine print of the contract.

He also told me he never told me that they refiance my car in a year. I should of had this in writing. I did not. I was made to feel like a fool and made to feel stupide. Thye lied to me and mispresnted the terms of the contract. I am stuck with a 400.00 car payment for 60 mths. YIKES yes that is true. I never knew about the 3 day buyout law in Mo that was not explaiend when asking the maanger he said he fiance maanger told me. He expaliend everythign to me in writing.
