Service Department - Fraud - Did not perform maintence when car was dropped off - oil spilled on engine, all fluids low, car was simply babysat for each service appointment

Beware! I purchased our 2006 Toyota Sienna from Ourisman in Nov. 2005. With our lovely package, came a "free maintence" for the 5,10, 15 and 20k mile marks. Upon returning from a paid oil change (at 25k), I smelled burning. I looked to find they had spilled oil all over my engine. Upon further examination, I found that NONE of my fluids had been topped off, and it appeared that none had ever been topped off, during any of the scheduled services.

We live in the outskirts of DC, and travel a lot, so we put almost 30k miles in a year and a half. Our fluid levels should not be this low. The service manager and I had a heated discussion. Looks like my car has been going in for "service" only to be babysat. I am not sure even the oil was changed in the past. Obviously this time it was. My power steering fluid was below the minimum level.

The manager, David Timoner, even after an email with pictures, won't call me back. Bad service, I would avoid them like the plague. Buy a car from them but be careful if you need service, you are at their mercy.
