Injury during shipping

I requested a bed and box-spring in the Westin Athome online site (the Incredible Bed Ensamble). The Westin caught with this specific organization to provide the bed and boxspring. During shipping the organization broken a lighting installation within the staircase of my home. The organization will not repair the broken lighting declaring that since it was a hard shipping they're not accountable for any harm caused. I calculate the harm to price about $150 to repair when I will need to contact an electrician to correct the property behind the lighting installation.
