Fraud and poor customer service!

I acquired a 'excellent' offer from this website. But that is where's the issue began. I had a need to alter my solution and that I was billed a significant fee for this (that was within their agreement) & I ignore it since I'd no option since my solution was non refundable.

What happened is the fact that in the place of altering my ticket, they released me a brand new one and charged me the buying price of a brand new ticket! I've been looking to get my money-back for a few months and that I am obtaining the run-around.

Moreover, my schedule improved since the trip I arranged was delisted. Cheapoair didn't advise me until 10 times before my travel. I named the airlines plus they explained they approached that Company 2 weeks before my trip to see them they trip was Relisted. But Cheapoair never transformed it back and didn't advise me. I'm considering delivering more grievances with the people they're related to.

I'd NOT suggest them even although you don't worry about the buying price of your solution or how easy your vacation ideas perhaps.
