I'm in Belgium visiting my father that has been identified as having lung cancer. Cheapoair had the cheapest last second trip. I had a need to alter my solution and named 10 times ahead of time to request easily might change it out. The broker stated not a problem, it'll charge $350.00. And needed to call-back one or more evening before my return trip. I named, created the modifications, got a confirmation mail. After which a few times later, after I examined my email again, they'd delivered another e-mail; sorry the flight can't verify your solution, it's non-changeable. I named three times, very first time I had been on-hold 30 mins, no body returned. Second-time the broker pretended he could not notice me anymore, the Next period the woman stated that I had been informed the solution low-adjustable. It had been mentioned within the remarks. Why might they alter it subsequently, and estimate me a cost to alter it? They lay, I've no solution, no body can help me. I have sent but no answers. Terrible, don't purchase together if you want to create modifications.
