Choke wire isn't working!

I've a Honda rancher 350 es, choke wire hasn't worked for three years need to achieve under-seat to primary carbohydrate, I had been informed from the seller that wire was a poor style, device has really low hours, wire should have gotten water in around trunk, I had been informed fresh alternative was a far greater design device isn't utilized but once in while, however it sure could be good to truly have a choke wire that worked, since how it went poor through no-fault of my very own, seller never explained to not get device moist, Device is definitely an 02 design but can be used hardly any for issues such as this.
