Horrible customer service Non friendly customer polices ripoff

I had bought Widder electric gear gloves and hook up cables for my motorcycle. I had problems with the cord so I brought them back to the store to exchange out. I was told it was my fault and the would not help me. I spoke to Tim the store manager who also would not help me. I was called names (Jack Ass) and told they would not help me at all when I asked to speak to the manager Patsy It was the same problem for this I will take my bussiness else where
