Verbally abusive employer also knowingly cheats customers

While working for this individual he KNOWINGLY tried to sell a unit with dry-rotted tires. He verbally abuses his staff on a regular basis - even in the presence of customers. On one instance he placed someone in the position of manager - then without even allowing them to know there was any sort of problem with their performance - ran an AD for that position. When questioned - he could not even be up front about his own actions.

This company sells units that they know have leaks and other mechanical flaws. The service department at any given time in 2005 - had NO certified mechanics employed there.

The owner is more then happy to knowingly over charge customers - even though he pretends that Bent's RV is a 'family friendly' company.
