Peavey did the following: Did knowingly release an inferior product in revalver Mk 3Did knowingly charge people full price for said product. Did knowingly charge for an unfinished product. Did knowingly charge for an unfinished rush release. Did knowingly continue to sell software in an unfinished and inferior state. Did knowingly continue to sell software from 04/08 till present with NO update to fix problems till now with only lip service being provided with regards to all of the above. They have: A - Continued to carry on poor business practicesB - Decieved consumers into buying said softwareC - Have knowingly continued to sell said software which has major bugs with NO support and/fixes. D - Have knowing withdrawn all support for said program.
