Ripoff They are refusing to give my money back Illinois

I purchased a second hand merc-benz for $25000, and the car has started to behave badly within a month.

Ever since the car was delivered, it started givin problems, and I do not understand whats wrong with it.

Finally, I called up the Byrider Guys and they simply refused to look into my problem.

I want to follow a legal pursuit, but doesnt know how to go about same.

Is there any way of getting my money back?
